Carrie was born in Sacramento, California and graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a BA in Humanities. She has lived in San Carlos for 20 years and has been married to Grant Peterson Du Bois for 24 years. Grant and Carrie are the very proud parents of three wonderful sons who have attended our public schools. Peter (22) attends UC Santa Cruz and is majoring in environmental studies. Blake (16) is a Junior at Carlmont High School. Joey (12) is a 7th grader at Tierra Linda Middle School.
Carrie has been a residential real estate agent for Coldwell Banker, San Carlos for 21 years. She is best known for her community work that involves advocacy for our most at risk children on the peninsula. Her friends would also describe her as an avid baker and cake decorator.
